I am always looking for healthy and easy weeknight dinners that I can make without spending hours in the kitchen. You can never have too many recipes like this in your recipe database (my recipe database is Pinterest).
When I get home from a workout, I want a meal that is high in protein, moderate in carbs and fat, taste great, and, perhaps most importantly, can be ready in less than 30 min. Every recipe on this list fits those criteria perfectly.
