YES! It’s time to lift some weights! Are you ready for a fun full-body dumbbell workout you can do at home?
We have been doing only cardio workouts for the last 2 weeks, but now I want to introduce resistance training into the mix. If you prefer to continue the cardio workouts, simply go to my workout video library and choose a cardio workout instead.
You can follow along in the video for a demonstration of the exercises. I suggest you do 3 rounds of 10-15 repetitions for each exercise.

If you ever want to do this workout without having the video available, you can print or write down the list of exercises below. It’s a good idea to have watched the video first to see how I perform each exercise as they aren’t all self-explanatory.
