I offer both ongoing programs and individual coaching sessions
Online personal training (12 weeks minimum)
- 45-minute start-up session (on Skype/phone) to discuss your goals, identify your health and diabetes management challenges, and begin making changes
- Personalized workout & meal plan designed to meet your diabetes and fitness goals
- Weekly assessments of progress and adjustments to your plan as needed (by email)
- Ongoing support by email/Messenger/SMS to keep you motivated and make sure all your questions are answered
Price: $500 for the first 12 weeks, then $150 per 4 weeks
Coaching session plus a custom meal plan
Includes a 45-minute coaching session by Skype or phone where we discuss your diabetes management and fitness challenges, and start finding solutions. After our call, I design a custom meal plan suitable for your goals.
Individual coaching sessions
Coaching sessions can be about any diabetes, food, or fitness subject that you would like to discuss and get my advice on. Each session is solution-oriented and to the point.
Price: $75 for the first 45-minute session, then $50 for each 30-minute follow-up session
